about us

Our staffed Nursery is available for kids birth-age three during our 9:30 and 11 am services. The Nursery can be found next to the Sanctuary Lobby, facing out to the church's main parking lot.

Sunday school is for kids ages three through fifth grade, and is held during the 9:30 am service. Stop in the Welcome Center in the lobby for directions to the check-in station.

CLUMC is proud to be a United Methodist congregation. All people are welcome; God’s grace is available to all people, no matter where you’re from, what you look like, or how you grew up. Head here for more information on our United Methodist beliefs.

All services take place in the Sanctuary (the large building facing Cypress Lake Drive). Look for the glass doors on the rear of our campus for the easiest entrance into the Sanctuary Lobby.

Some people wear shorts and their casual attire, some people like to put on their Sunday best, and many people dress somewhere in between. You will be welcome in whatever you are comfortable wearing.

Worship services are typically one-hour long, and they always include music and preaching by one of our pastors and other ministry staff.

Absolutely! We celebrate having kids in worship, and our pastors certainly do not mind a child crying or talking and playing during the prayers and sermons. We welcome their participation and presence in worship every Sunday.

On the first Sunday of every month, we celebrate Holy Communion together. The United Methodist Church welcomes all to the communion table. You do not need to be a member of this or any other church to participate. The juice and bread that we share represent the life He gave up so that our sins could be forgiven.

Before the service, visit the Welcome Center in the Sanctuary Lobby. Our Connections Team will be glad to answer any questions you might have before or after services! You can also fill out this quick form to get in touch!

Each year, we offer regular opportunities to become a member of CLUMC. Registration for each session will begin a couple of weeks prior to the class. Sign up at the Welcome Center or fill out the personal data sheet online.
